Resettlement Surveillance courses
If you are a serving member of the Armed Forces or a recent Service leaver, you may be entitled to funding toward civilian training and qualifications through the Ministry of Defence's Enhanced Learning Credits scheme, administered by ELCAS. Eligible personnel can put these credits toward approved training with an ELCAS-registered provider as part of their resettlement into civilian careers.
S2K Group has submitted an application to become an approved ELCAS provider. We're publishing this page now so that Service leavers researching resettlement options can see, transparently, where things stand, and so we're ready to support ELCAS-funded bookings the moment approval comes through.
How ELCAS works
ELCAS credits are typically available to those who have completed a minimum period of eligible service, with the value of the credit depending on length of service. Funding usually covers a substantial portion of course fees, with the learner or their employer covering the remainder.
To use ELCAS funding, a Service member registers with the scheme, selects an approved course from an approved provider, and submits a claim through their Education Officer or Single Service Representative. Once approved, they receive a Claim Authorisation Note, which is presented to the training provider to confirm funding before the course begins.
