Surveillance Courses
Surveillance Services
  • We’re a collective of professionals who have excelled in some of the most demanding environments imaginable. Former UKSF Tier One Operators, Home Office Surveillance Officers, and FCDO Close Protection Operatives.

Who we are by name is irrelevant.
What we stand for, believe in, and deliver, that’s what matters.

  • A 5-day accredited foot and mobile surveillance programme designed to expose students to the reality of covert operations.

You’ll be tested cognitively, physically, and mentally. The days are long, the standards are uncompromising, but it’s real. Because that’s what this work demands.

  • The training locations vary giving us freedom of movement to teach all over the country.

Accommodation is included in the course fee.

We provide the full operational setup: covert radio systems, vehicles, cameras, and specialist technical/video devices.
All we ask is a small deposit to secure your place.

  • Highfield Qualifications.

We didn’t adopt an off-the-shelf syllabus. We built our own, from the ground up, because existing material didn’t reflect our standards or methodology.

After extensive due diligence, external scrutiny, and refinement, we were awarded our own accreditation which is unique to us.

It’s a serious benchmark, not a participation badge.

And yes, it is externally quality assured on a rolling basis, as it should be

  • No. This is a pass/fail course.

But it’s not a closed door. If a student falls short, we support them. They’ll be invited back onto another course, covering only their accommodation.

This is about development, not box-ticking

  • Yes. Blue Light, Military, and Veterans receive a discounted rate.

No fanfare. Just professional courtesy for those who’ve served.

  • We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel.

We’re working hard to keep it from falling off.

  • You don’t need prior surveillance experience. What you do need is resilience, attention to detail, and the ability to operate under pressure.

We’re not interested in box-tickers. We’re interested in people who want to develop and perform at a professional standard.

  • This isn’t a commando course, but it’s demanding. You’ll be on your feet for long hours, moving fast when the job requires it, and maintaining focus in pressured environments.

You don’t need to be an athlete, but you do need a base level of fitness and a strong mindset.

  • We provide the specialist equipment. Bring suitable clothing for urban environments, a notepad, and a willingness to learn.

You won’t need military kit bags or tactical gear. Subtlety is key.

  • Many of our graduates have gone on to operational roles in surveillance, investigations, and close protection.

We don’t sell false promises. What we do offer is credibility, mentorship, and ongoing support, because your success reflects on us.

  • Course’s are deliberately capped at small numbers. This ensures you’re not a face in the crowd, you get genuine, practical exposure and direct feedback from instructors.

  • Yes. For corporate clients, specialist units, or international partners, we design bespoke surveillance and counter-surveillance packages.

Our strength is tailoring training to the operational reality you face.

Legal & Compliance FAQ’s

  • Yes. In the UK, covert surveillance in the private sector is not governed by the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act (RIPA). However, having spent most of our careers conforming to RIPA, we use it as a benchmark.

That means everything we do is measured against the principles of being lawful, ethical, proportionate, necessary, and justified. We also ensure compliance with wider legislation such as the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Human Rights Act 1998.

In short, our methods are professional, legal, and defensible.

  • No. Everything we teach is legal, compliant, and designed for professional application in the private sector.

If you’re looking for shortcuts or “spy tricks” that ignore legislation, this isn’t the course for you.

  • Currently, there is no specific licence for surveillance in the private sector. That said, anyone conducting investigations for a client must operate within UK law and data protection rules.

This is why accredited, professional training matters, it proves competence, credibility, and compliance.
